Commissioning and Start-Up
An essential part of project execution is the commisioning of built systems with the aim to verify their functionality with the customer´s requirements. Actemium has a documented system of commissioning services available, which include :
- electrical cabinets testing
- in-process controls in the frame of on-site construction
- functional testing of low-voltage instrumentation
- measurement and control instrumentation parameters setting
- acceptance tests (FAT,SAT)
- integration test (SIT)
- loop-checks
- technical inspection.
We start up complex technical systems constructed by our staff. Start-up activities are based on the verification of technical systems compliance with corresponding directives and standards. Process sequence and blocking controls are also verified at this stage.
