Assembly
ProCS manufactures switchboards for both Slovak and international customers. We produce low-voltage switchboards up to 1000 V and 4000 A, including distribution and motor control panels, system and junction cabinets, data and server racks, as well as local control boxes. Production takes place in our modern facilities equipped with professional machinery and tools, ensuring high quality and reliability for every product.
On-Site Construction
The company carries out electrical installation work directly at customer sites, ranging from the installation of measurement and control equipment, analyzers, and control systems to the installation of distribution, motor, and lighting networks of any voltage. We also provide installation of computer networks, structured and fiber optic cabling, professional inspections and testing of electrical equipment, as well as construction supervision. All work is performed by qualified personnel with the required certifications.
Commissioning and Start-Up
An essential part of project execution is the commisioning of built systems with the aim to verify their functionality with the customer´s requirements. Actemium has a documented system of commissioning services available, which include :
- electrical cabinets testing
- in-process controls in the frame of on-site construction
- functional testing of low-voltage instrumentation
- measurement and control instrumentation parameters setting
- acceptance tests (FAT,SAT)
- integration test (SIT)
- loop-checks
- technical inspection.
We start up complex technical systems constructed by our staff. Start-up activities are based on the verification of technical systems compliance with corresponding directives and standards. Process sequence and blocking controls are also verified at this stage.
