Warranty service and maintenance in the framework of completed projects executed by our company.
Post-warranty service and maintenance (on the basis of separate service agreement or order) of control systems, measurement and control instrumentation as well as of low/medium voltage facilities :
- preventive and complex maintenance of control systems by leading manufacturers
- checking and calibration of measurement and control instrumentation such as thermometers, flow meters, pressure gauges, electric meters
- preventive and complex maintenance of low/medium voltage facilities (power supplies, uninterruptible power supply, frequency converters)
- emergency service
- spare parts provision
- repair of components or devices
- administration of instrumentation databases, including instrumentation verification and enhancement of their functional safety.
ActiveCall
ProCS, s.r.o. is launching a new service, ActiveCall, starting June 1, 2021. This initiative aims to ensure a unified communication method and guarantee that every customer request is received and processed.
The service is primarily intended for customers to report service requests, whether routine repairs or emergency situations. It is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Customers simply call the designated phone number, leave a message specifying WHERE, WHAT, and HOW the issue occurred, and the intelligent system will contact the appropriate on-duty service technician.
With ActiveCall, ProCS, s.r.o. improves fault reporting by providing customers with a single contact number, regardless of the day or time. It also enhances the efficiency of ProCS service technicians in responding to requests without delays or miscommunication.
