Authorization from the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic given to ProCS, s.r.o.
ProCS, s.r.o. received authorization from the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic in December 2014, based on §16, paragraph 3 and 4 from Law no. 261/2002 from the collection on the prevention of industrial accidents and on amending and supplementing certain acts in further laws.
Authorization number: 004/2014 / AUT – 02.03.
Based on this authorization, ProCS, s.r.o. is able to take part in the following activities for another operator based on law no. 261/2002 from the collection on the prevention of industrial accidents:
- Risk assessment (§6 of the Act)
- Developing and updating safety reports (§9 of the Act)
- Developing and updating an emergency plan (§18 of the Act)
- Providing consultancy and advisory services in the aforementioned fields based on points 1-3
